Privacy Policy

The short version

Your recordings are not stored. Audio is sent to our analysis service, scored, and discarded — what we keep is the text you practised, the transcript, and your scores, so you can see progress over time. We don’t sell your data or run advertising.

What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, from Google when you sign in. We never see your Google password.
• Practice history — the phrase you practised, the transcript of what you said, your pronunciation scores, and the per-sound breakdown behind them.
• Usage counters— how many analyses you’ve run this month and which days you practised, to power quotas and streaks.
• Preferences — your native language, target accent and level, from onboarding.
• Payment records — subscription status and billing period. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.

What we don’t keep

Recordings are processed in memory and discarded once scored — we have no audio archive. If you try the voice-clone preview, the temporary voice is deleted from our text-to-speech provider immediately after your sample is rendered.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare — hosting, database and audio storage for our own reference recordings.
• Google — sign-in only.
• Stripe — payments and billing.
• An AI language provider — receives the text of what you said (not your name or email) to write coaching feedback.
• ElevenLabs — generates the model pronunciation you hear, and powers the optional voice-clone preview.
• YouTube — lesson and search clips are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode.

Your choices

Email us and we will delete your account and practice history, or send you a copy of it. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Signing out clears your session on that device.
