By using MyAccentApp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

MyAccentApp provides AI-assisted English accent practice tools — recording analysis, reference audio, lessons, roleplay, and related features. Scores and coaching are educational estimates, not certified exam results or medical/speech-therapy advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your linked account. Do not share API tokens. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass paywalls, or harm other users.

You can permanently delete your account in Account settings. Web subscriptions are cancelled as part of deletion; App Store and Play Store subscriptions must be managed in the relevant store.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Web billing is handled by Stripe; mobile in-app purchases by Apple/Google via RevenueCat. Refunds follow the relevant store/processor policies. Free-tier limits may change with notice on the site.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or others’ private audio.
• Do not reverse-engineer or overload the service.
• Do not use the API tokens for commercial resale without permission.

Intellectual property

App software, branding, and curated content belong to MyAccentApp or its licensors. Public-domain literary passages in the audio library remain public domain. YouTube embeds remain subject to YouTube’s terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect scoring accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or zero if on the free plan).

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
