Who we are

MyAccentApp (myaccentapp.com) is a pronunciation-practice service operated by RippaX Labs, LLC. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What the service does

You record yourself saying a phrase; we transcribe it, compare the sounds you produced against a reference for your chosen accent, and give you a score with coaching notes. Scores are generated automatically and are a practice aid, not an assessment of your ability — and definitely not an official language qualification. Our exam-preparation features are practice material only and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or predictive of TOEFL or IELTS results.

Accounts

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person; don’t share logins. You must be old enough to consent to online services where you live.

Free and Premium

The free tier includes three accents and a monthly allowance of analyses. Premium unlocks all accents and removes that limit, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Charges appear on your statement as MYACCENTAPP.

If we change prices we’ll tell existing subscribers by email before it affects them. See our refund policy.

Fair use

Please don’t upload other people’s voices without their permission, use the voice tools to impersonate anyone, attempt to break or overload the service, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that do — and we’ll refund unused time if we do that to you.

Availability and limits

This is a small, independently run service. We aim to keep it up and accurate, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.
